Work from recommendations not Craig’s list or ChampDogs!
We do not breed our dogs to other breeds, AT ALL. There is nothing special about a poodle that is mixed with a lab or any other breed. Those breeders that do should be ashamed of themselves. All puppies that leave Piedmont, will go with a contract.
At Piedmont, our aim has always been to enjoy our dogs and enjoy the sport of showing and seeing the dogs we campaign, do well in the show ring. Not just the dogs we bred, but the dogs other breeders have allowed us to take on and show.
We may have a litter every other year, its been many years since we had one of our own, but we do plan to have one in 2018. If your looking for a show puppy and you are either already showing or want to start showing, drop us a line, we normally know someone with a litter somewhere in the world who sometimes has two pups in a litter that are good enough quality to show and they only have room for one themselves, so want another show home to send out too.
We do not breed litter after litter of pups. That is not what we are about at all, unlike some breeders of poodles and Dalmatians, this is not a way to earn an income. There are many, in the UK, USA and Europe that do, and however you look at it, its still puppy farming.
Time and Time again you hear these same people moaning about puppy farms that produce puppies because of the high amount of money that can be made for a litter, but they still do the same thing, only they will tell you that they breed a litter, only when they want something to show for themselves! This is just B.S, if that was the case they would be having one or two litters every other year!! Not multiple litters every year.
